Gerber Technology Releases G7 Cutting System

Gerber Technology of Germany announced the new G7 low-end model automated cutting system, which is an enterprise automation production program specifically designed for small and medium-sized apparel users.

G7 can be widely used in the cutting of industrial textile materials, clothing, furniture, etc. It can cut vacuum compressed material with a thickness of 7.2cm. The cutting speed is 15% faster than that of similar products in the industry. The output contrast is hand-cut and will increase by 400%. Operating noise is less than 72 decibels, bringing easy communication and comfortable working environment. The vacuum system provides excellent material stability, and at the same time, when the cutting operation starts, the energy loss can be reduced by up to 20% compared to the old model by automatically adjusting the vacuum environment that matches the size of the cutting bed.

The G7's automatic drill allows precise and efficient drilling of all types of material up to a diameter of 12.7 mm. In the midrange model G7 is equipped with enhanced cutting heads and precision software algorithms, bringing excellent cutting accuracy, no matter how complex fabric structure, even in the lowest and the highest level of fabric, the resulting pieces and CAD layout consistent.
